1. What is the service of Press A Card?
Ans. Press A Card is a stationary design and printing company. We are the specialist of graphic design and Letterpress printing. Our service/product: Wedding card, Greeting card, and other paper products.
2. Are you having minimum order?
Ans. We didn’t have minimum order. But the price of our service will flexible with design, paper, amount of color, printing front only/both sides, printing quantity, and special order (i.e. Die-cut). Moreover, please describe your detail of printing before, we will create the quotation for you.
3. How about the quoting price?
Ans. Thank you for your interested in Letterpress printing. You can describe your detail of product/service that you request via contact telephone number 668-0910-8559, during Monday – Friday: 10.00 am – 6.30 pm or send E-mail to pressacard@yahoo.com. We will contact you via E-mail or phone to confirm your request including send the quotation to you too.
4. What is the detail that “Press A Card request”?
Ans. We request the detail as follow;
- Customer information i.e. Name, Address, Phone number, E-mail.
- Printing information i.e. size, shape, paper, amount of color (separate each side: front side and back side), amount of card.
- Delivery information i.e. Delivery date, pick up at Press A Card or require sending by Thailand Post / Fed Ex / TNT.
5. Are you having delivery service?
Ans. If you request domestic delivery service (in Thailand), we will deliver the product via “Thailand Post” which billing transportation charge at destination. In case request international delivery service, we will deliver the product via “Fed Ex” or “TNT” which we will ask about transportation charge from Fed Ex or TNT before. And then, we will inform you including with quotation. Moreover, we request to billing all charges of service before delivery.
6. How long to start production process?
Ans. After you accepted the quotation, we will contact you via E-mail or phone to confirm the purchase order including describe payment description, which show the detail of product/service. After that, we will run the pre-print i.e. design, review the accurate of file, and all of details about printing. Lastly, we will run the next process after you “agree” the pre-print.
7. Are you having limitation of letterpress printing?
Ans. Limitation as follow;
1) The amount of color is 4 types:
- Front 1 color
- Front 2 colors
- Front 1 color, and Back 1 color
- Front 2 colors, and Back 1 color
2) Stroke size of graphic design should over than 0.5 point.
3) Font size in the card should over than 8 point.
4) Ink mixing of Letterpress printing was depended on professional printer by manual. It didn’t have automatic mix by print machine. Therefore, you can visit us for proof the color of card by yourself on print date.
5) Large card which have size more than 7.5 x 7.5 inch, we can print only 1 color in the both side.
6) Maximum size is 6 x 12 inch.
8. What type of file for printing?
Ans. Request graphic design which uses “Adobe Illustrator CS4” or “Adobe Photoshop CS4”. The file must create outline and separate each color layer already. You should send file separate color layer include with “original file” and “jpg file” for preview. Additional, you should set the size of file by use the actual size of your printing, and set “Bleed” of each side as 5 mm.
9. How to pay?
Ans. You can pay in cash or transfer money to our account. Please, contact us to get the description of bank account. After that, please let me know about your transfer via fax payment document to 662-391 5685 or E-mail to pressacard@yahoo.com. We will contact you for accept your payment, and send you the receipt.

1. Press A Card ให้บริการอะไรบ้างค่ะ ?
ตอบ เปิ๊ดสะการ์ด มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้านการออกแบบและผลิตสิ่งพิมพ์ด้วยระบบเลตเตอร์เพรสส์ อาทิ การ์ดแต่งงาน การ์ดอวยพร และผลิตภัณฑ์กระดาษอื่นๆ
2. อยากทราบจำนวนพิมพ์ขั้นต่ำค่ะ ?
ตอบ เราไม่มีการกำหนดจำนวนพิมพ์ขั้นต่ำแต่อย่างใด เรื่องราคาจะเปลี่ยนแปลงตามรูปแบบของการออกแบบ และรายละเอียดการพิมพ์ อาทิ กระดาษ, จำนวนสีที่พิมพ์, จำนวนด้านที่พิมพ์ (ด้านหน้าและด้านหลัง หรือด้านหน้าอย่างเดียว), จำนวนใบพิมพ์ และคำสั่งพิเศษอื่นๆ (เช่น ไดคัท) อย่างไรแล้ว รบกวนส่งรายละเอียดการพิมพ์มาก่อน ทางเราจะทำใบเสนอราคาให้ค่ะ
3. สอบถามราคาหรือสั่งซื้อสินค้า/บริการกับ Press A Card ได้อย่างไร ?

4. รายละเอียดในการสั่งซื้อสินค้า/บริการที่ควรแจ้ง Press A Card มีอะไรบ้าง ?
ตอบ รายละเอียดที่เราต้องการทราบ ได้แก่
- ข้อมูลลูกค้า ได้แก่ ชื่อ, ที่อยู่, เบอร์โทรศัพท์, E-mail
- ข้อมูลการพิมพ์ ได้แก่ ขนาดของงาน, รูปร่างของงาน, ชนิดกระดาษ, จำนวนด้านที่พิมพ์ (ด้านหน้าและด้านหลัง หรือด้านหน้าอย่างเดียว), จำนวนสีที่พิมพ์, จำนวนใบพิมพ์
- ข้อมูลการส่งสินค้า ได้แก่ กำหนดวันส่งมอบงาน, มารับสินค้าเองหรือให้ทางเราจัดส่งพัสดุไปรณณีย์
5. มีบริการจัดส่งสินค้าด้วยหรือเปล่าค่ะ ?
ตอบ หากท่านต้องการให้จัดส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศ ทางเราจะจัดส่งให้ทางไปรษณีย์ โดยเรียกเก็บเงินค่าจัดส่ง ณ ปลายทาง ส่วนกรณีที่ต้องการให้จัดส่งสินค้าไปยังต่างประเทศ ทางเราจะสอบถามไปยัง FedEx หรือ TNT เพื่อประเมินราคาค่าจัดส่ง และแจ้งให้ท่านทราบพร้อมกับใบเสนอราคา ทั้งนี้ ทางเราขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเรียกเก็บเงินค่าบริการออกแบบและงานพิมพ์ก่อนการจัดส่งดังกล่าว
6. Press A Card จะเริ่มผลิตงานเมื่อไร ?
ตอบ หลังจากที่ท่านอนุมัติใบเสนอราคา ทางเราจะยืนยันเป็น E-mail หรือทางโทรศัพท์เพื่อให้ท่านทราบว่า เราได้รับคำสั่งซื้อแล้ว พร้อมทั้งชี้แจงการชำระเงิน ซึ่งจะระบุรายละเอียดสินค้า/บริการทั้งหมด จากนั้นเราจะเริ่มผลิตงานเตรียมพิมพ์ เช่น ออกแบบ, ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของไฟล์ และรายละเอียดต่างๆ ของงาน ท้ายที่สุด หลังจากที่ท่าน “ตกลง” เกี่ยวกับงานเตรียมพิมพ์ เราจึงจะเริ่มขั้นตอนการผลิตงานพิมพ์ต่อไป
7. มีข้อจำกัดในการพิมพ์ Letterpress หรือไม่ ?
ตอบ ข้อจำกัดในการพิมพ์ มีดังนี้
1) จำนวนสีที่พิมพ์ แบ่งออกเป็น 4 ประเภท ดังนี้
- ด้านหน้า 1 สี (F1)
- ด้านหน้า 2 สี (F2)
- ด้านหน้า 1 สี ด้านหลัง 1 สี (F1B1)
- ด้านหน้า 2 สี ด้านหลัง 1 สี (F2B1)
2) ขนาดของ Stroke ในงานพิมพ์ต้องไม่น้อยกว่า 0.5 point
3) ขนาดของตัวอักษร ในงานพิมพ์ต้องไม่น้อยกว่า 8 point
4) การพิมพ์เลตเตอร์เพรสส์อาศัยผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการผสมหมึกพิมพ์ไม่ได้ใช้การตั้งค่าอัตโนมัติจากเครื่องพิมพ์ ดังนั้น ท่านสามารถมาตรวจสอบสีของงานพิมพ์ ด้วยตนเอง ณ วันที่พิมพ์
5) การ์ดขนาดใหญ่ซึ่งมีขนาดเกินกว่า 7.5 x 7.5 นิ้ว สามารถพิมพ์ได้ด้านละ 1 สีเท่านั้น
6) ขนาดงานสูงสุดที่รับพิมพ์ คือ 6 x 12 นิ้ว
8. ไฟล์สำหรับงานพิมพ์ต้องมีลักษณะอย่างไร ?
ตอบ ไฟล์ที่ใช้เป็น Adobe Illustrator CS4 หรือ Adobe Photoshop CS4 ซึ่งแยก Layer ของแต่ละสีเรียบร้อยแล้ว นำส่งพร้อมกับไฟล์งานต้นแบบ และไฟล์ jpg ทั้งนี้ให้ตั้งค่าขนาดงานตามขนาดจริง, ตั้งค่า Bleed (ขนาดตัดตก) ทุกด้าน ด้านละ 5 ม.ม.
9. อยากทราบว่า จะชำระเงินค่าสินค้า/บริการให้กับ Press A Card ด้วยวิธีใดได้บ้างค่ะ ?
ตอบ ท่านสามารถชำระด้วยเงินสด หรือโอนเงินเข้ามายังบัญชีของเรา โปรดติดต่อเราเพื่อสอบถามหมายเลขบัญชีก่อน จากนั้น Fax เอกสารการโอนเงินไปยังหมายเลข 02-391 5685 หรือส่ง E-mail มายัง pressacard@yahoo.com ทางเราจะติดต่อกลับ เพื่อยืนยันการชำระค่าสินค้า/บริการของท่าน และจัดทำใบเสร็จรับเงินให้ตามลำดับ
